Alice Chan is a determined and personable real estate professional who has served the San Francisco Bay Area since 2009. As the founder of New Horizon Real Estate, she thrives on selling homes at top dollar and making buyers’ dreams come true. Alice’s unparalleled expertise and natural go-getter persona keep her referral-fueled business a step above competitors. 

 

Born in China and raised in Macau, real estate has always come as second nature to Alice, whose parents were investors and landlords. Wanting to follow in her family’s ambitious footsteps, Alice graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. However, her first official experience in the workforce wasn’t in real estate but rather in the restaurant business. As a hospitality entrepreneur, Alice developed a sharp ability to understand and deliver the needs of customers to provide a pleasurable and personalized experience — valuable tools that she would later apply to her work as an agent. 

 

Before she formally became a consultant, Alice dabbled in property management in her teens, already possessing a firm understanding of the business thanks to her parents’ prowess. At 21, she purchased her first investment, successfully flipping a fourplex into rental properties. Upon realizing that her unmatched industry knowledge, effortless interpersonal skills, natural efficiency, and results-oriented nature made the perfect mixture for a prosperous and fulfilling job as a real estate agent, Alice officially made the jump.
